Citizens' helpline
In order to answer citizens' questions about the Corona crisis, the state government of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern has set up the central telephone number 0385 - 588-11311.
It can be reached on Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
After calling the central telephone number, the respective topic can be selected by the caller via a number menu and thus connected to the responsible ministry.
